Soiree with the Angels
Saturday, November 2, 2024
6pm-11pm
The Coronado
3701 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108
We are excited to announce that we will be holding our special one-night gala covering all the cities we serve on Saturday, November 2, 2024. The Angel Band Project is excited to celebrate our 15th anniversary with our friends and supporters on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at The Coronado, a historic landmark in Midtown St. Louis. Our event will include a cocktail hour from 6-7pm, followed by a seated dinner, entertainment program and paddle raise, and conclude with live music and dancing. The evening will be filled with music and powerful guest speakers. Valet parking is provided on site. Our Mission: to use the power of music to provide healing, raise awareness, and create positive social change for survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence. www.angelbandproject.org Nationally recognized, groundbreaking and impactful, our music therapy programs are offered free of charge to those who have experienced the trauma of sexual and/or domestic violence. We also use music to engage people of all ages, genders, and demographics - starting conversations about how we can bring an end to this issue at home and on campuses everywhere. In July of 2009, St. Louis native, Teresa Butz, was brutally raped and murdered. This tragic event was the impetus to start The Angel Band Project and use the power of music to transcend tragedy and offer healing and hope to survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence. We help survivors in St. Louis, Seattle, and New York City. Thank YOU for being in our "band". Your financial support is creating bridges to healing, one person at a time, one music note at a time.
