We are excited to announce that we will be holding a special One-Night Gala covering all the cities we serve on Saturday, November 6, 2021. This event is a critical source of funding for our organization. The evening will include cocktails, dinner, entertainment program, auction, live music, and dancing.
This celebration will be held The Palladium St. Louis. The event in St. Louis will begin with a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by a seated dinner and paddle raise. The evening will be filled with music and powerful guest speakers. Our auction will be available on-line and we will be streaming our program live via YouTube Live for our supporters who cannot be present at the event.
Ways to support The Angel Band:
Our mission: to use the power of music to provide healing, raise awareness, and create positive social change for survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence.
Nationally recognized, groundbreaking and impactful, our music therapy programs are offered free of charge to those who have experienced the trauma of sexual and/or domestic violence. We also use music to engage people of all ages, genders, and demographics - starting conversations about how we can bring an end to this issue at home and on campuses everywhere.
In July of 2009, St. Louis native, Teresa Butz, was brutally raped and murdered. This tragic event was the impetus to start The Angel Band Project and use the power of music to transcend tragedy and offer healing and hope to survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence. We help survivors in St. Louis, Seattle, and New York City.
Thank YOU for being in our “band.” Your financial support is creating bridges to healing one person at a time, one music note at a time.
